Furniture Designer and Maker
Lewis studied fine art at Central Saint Martins and design at the Royal College of Art. He now designs and makes furniture from the rotunda, a former BBC social club in White City. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Magazine, Openhouse and Milk Decoration and he has shown his work in New York and London with the likes of Max Radford Gallery and ARAM.
Lewis says his practice is “driven by a desire to use materials and forms that in someway reflect the organic material of which it is made.” Lewis’ partnership with Them Outdoors marks the first time he has created pieces specifically for the outside world; and his Leaf Wall Sconce is a wonderful expression of his own unique practices and experimental approach to materials.
